While this is only the fifth house I have purchased in my lifetime, Phyllis is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is extemely knowledgable about the community, the process of buying a home in Michigan and most importantly superb at coaching and supporting a buyer during the more stressful portions of the transaction. In my case, she was also an excellent resource supporting me during the sale of my existing home, incidently located in another state, even though she was not the realtor on the "sell side" of my transaction. Finally, she has been very helpful in recommending local vendors to support my journey with my new home. There simply are not enough superlatives, to describe how good Phyllis is at her job.
