So knowledgable not only with real estate and the area, but buildings in general. As first time home owners we are in the dark with a lot of things to do with owning a home and maintenance. Wayne has been so helpful in this respect too. Answering questions for us about basement windows and drains. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, truly. We literally have no complaints!
