I had the daunting task of clearing, improving and selling my mother's home after she went into care. Ben assisted with every aspect of this. As a result, the home sold in one day, but there were several obstacles on our road to closing. The buyers turned out to be lying and unscrupulous, and eventually walked away. My mother unexpectedly passed away, leaving legal headaches for us. Ben stayed calm and expertly navigated us through it all. Once re - listed, the home sold again in hours, and for a higher price. By anyone's standards, this was not the easiest of transactions. Ben handled it all so professionally. I really can't thank him enough!
