She also some great contacts in the inspections field which truly saved us after we received a grossly inadequate inspection report for our septic. She contacted her septic inspector immediately to re-inspect. Turns out we only needed a few repairs whereas the first inspector said we needed an entire new system. Without Laurie looking out for us this could have costed us thousands. We are so grateful we chose her to sell our home and we will be using her if we ever sell again in the future!
